After refining your inputs, we prepare a detailed itinerary. You’ll see hotel suggestions, transport options, inclusions, and a final price. This is usually the time to book your international flights (not included).
When you're satisfied with the plan, we ask for a 30% deposit to start confirming bookings. This is your green light to us.
We begin confirming services — hotels, guides, experiences, and transfers. You’ll be able to follow the process using your personal reservation link.
The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before departure. By then, all bookings are confirmed and locked in.
You will receive your complete digital travel kit (PDF) about 10 days before departure. This includes all hotel vouchers, tickets, and a curated list of restaurant recommendations — from local favorites to Michelin stars.
